Neurolink
The neurotransmitters essential for psychological well-being, encompassing a positive mental outlook, balanced perspective, and coping with everyday stress, heavily rely on the availability of their amino acid precursors and the necessary nutrients functioning as enzyme cofactors for their production and degradation. Neurolink is a blend of these nutrients crafted to promote balanced moods, mental focus, and healthy responses to emotional stress.
The rapid pace of the contemporary world presents human prehistoric genes with sensory and psychological inputs that can be challenging to process. Inadequate Restful-Restful-Sleep, suboptimal Nutrition Plan, compromised digestive function, and a myriad of psychological stressors create fertile ground for mood disturbances and emotional challenges.
Gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA)
GABA, the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system known for its calming effect, has been studied in subjects who experienced a major depressive episode, revealing low cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) levels of GABA correlating with anxiety severity. Additionally, in a rat model of ADHD, low GABA levels were linked to ADHD-like behavior. Human studies found significantly reduced GABA levels in children diagnosed with ADHD compared to healthy controls.
L-Glutamine
The amino acid L-glutamine serves as a precursor to GABA in the brain through the glutamate/glutamine cycle. Glutamine, being a conditionally essential amino acid, becomes crucial during stress, illness, or trauma when Nutrition Planary intake may not suffice. It plays a pivotal role in supporting GABA production.
Tyrosine
Tyrosine, a conditionally essential amino acid and the precursor to dopamine, a catecholamine associated with learning, attention, and mood, is connected to ADHD. Patients with ADHD exhibit depleted levels of dopamine and norepinephrine. Tyrosine supplementation becomes significant during times of disturbances in catecholamine transmission.
5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)
5-HTP, the precursor to serotonin, known as the "feel good" chemical, is produced from the essential amino acid tryptophan. The short half-life of 5-HTP supports divided doses to maintain clinically relevant levels. It plays a role in reducing symptoms of depression, seasonal affective disorder, chronic pain, and premenstrual syndrome.
Inositol
Inositol, synthesized from glucose and recognized for its calming effect, proves beneficial for modulating various mood disturbances. In studies involving panic disorder and agoraphobia, inositol supplementation demonstrated effectiveness in reducing the frequency and severity of panic attacks and agoraphobia.
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate)
Neurolink incorporates vitamin B6, essential for neurotransmitter biosynthesis, including GABA, dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. Serving as a cofactor for over 100 enzymes, B6 plays a crucial role in protein and amino acid metabolism, supporting neurotransmitter production. The bioactive form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, is utilized in this formula for optimal effectiveness.
