Al Balance Matrix
A blend of herbal extracts and nutrients designed to balance the immune system, reduce inflammation, and manage autoimmune symptoms.
A well-functioning immune system plays a key role in overall health. The body relies on immune responses to maintain balance, and disruptions in this system can lead to various health challenges. Some individuals may experience temporary immune responses, while others may face more persistent immune imbalances.
There are more than 80 identified immune-related conditions, influenced by genetic and environmental factors. These conditions are often associated with inflammation, microbiome imbalances, intestinal permeability, and nutrient deficiencies. Research indicates that immune system activity involves a complex balance of various immune cells and signaling molecules. While immune-related conditions cannot be permanently reversed, maintaining overall wellness and immune balance remains a key focus. Various natural ingredients have been studied for their role in promoting immune system balance and overall well-being.
The immune system is closely connected to the digestive tract, which plays a significant role in immune function. Studies suggest that individuals with immune imbalances often have differences in their gut microbiota composition compared to healthy individuals. The microbiome is thought to influence immune responses and overall health.
Certain probiotic strains have been studied for their potential role in maintaining immune balance. For example, Bacillus coagulans, a spore-forming probiotic, has been researched for its ability to influence immune markers. Clinical studies have explored its effects on immune cell activity and immune function. One double-blind clinical trial examined Bacillus coagulans PTA-6086 in individuals with immune-related conditions, assessing its impact on discomfort and mobility.
Maintaining a balanced gastrointestinal environment and addressing inflammation are key considerations in immune health. Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, has been widely researched for its potential role in managing inflammation and immune balance. Some studies suggest that curcumin may assist in maintaining equilibrium among immune cells. A meta-analysis of 31 randomized controlled trials examined curcumin’s effects on immune-related conditions, assessing its influence on inflammation and antioxidant activity. Research has indicated that curcumin may modulate immune signaling pathways, including NF-kB, and regulate cytokines such as IL-17, IL-1, IL-6, IL-23, TNF-α, and IFN-γ.
Quercetin, a flavonoid found in apples, onions, and berries, has been studied for its antioxidant properties and role in inflammation management. Research suggests that quercetin may influence immune signaling and has been examined in studies related to immune balance.
Several herbal extracts have also been investigated for their immune-modulating properties. Astragalus membranaceus has been traditionally used in wellness practices and studied for its effects on immune activity. Some research indicates that it may influence immune cell differentiation and apoptosis in experimental models.
Scutellaria baicalensis, containing the active compound baicalin, has been researched for its potential to influence immune cell activity and cytokine production. Animal studies have explored its effects in models of immune-related conditions, including inflammation in the central nervous system and the eyes.
Silybum marianum, commonly known as milk thistle, contains silymarin and silibinin, compounds that have been studied for their antioxidant and immune-modulating properties. Some research suggests that it may influence immune signaling pathways and cytokine activity. Additionally, silibinin has been investigated for its interaction with estrogen receptor beta (ERβ), which has been studied in relation to immune system function.
AI Balance Matrix combines these six ingredients into one formula designed to provide a foundational approach for individuals looking to maintain immune balance and overall wellness. This formulation includes ingredients studied for their roles in inflammation management, immune modulation, and gastrointestinal health. AI Balance Matrix is intended to be a foundational option that can be incorporated into personalized wellness routines.
AI Balance Matrix is a foundational autoimmune formula with ingredients that ease inflammation, modulate the immune response, and promote gastrointestinal health.
Bacillus coagulans is a spore-forming probiotic formulated to positively influence the gut microbiota and, in turn, regulate immune function.
Quercetin is a bioflavonoid compound with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-allergic properties that has been studied in relation to autoimmune conditions.
Curcumin provides antioxidant activity, inhibits NF-kB overactivity, and suppresses proinflammatory cytokines. A meta-analysis of clinical trials has examined its role in managing multiple autoimmune conditions.
Milk thistle, skullcap, and astragalus have collectively demonstrated the ability to regulate Th1, Th17, and Treg differentiation while reducing proinflammatory cytokine production. Positive clinical outcomes have been observed in experimental autoimmune models.
