Used in phototherapy to help relieve the symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes.
Medicinal Ingredients
| Actaea racemosa | 300 mg |
| Matricaria chamomilla | 600 mg |
| Vitex agnus-castus | 300 mg |
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Apple, Bitter Orange Bark, cinnamon, Cranberry favor, Hibiscus flower sabdariffa.
Recommended Use
1 tea bag 1 to 3 times per day, by infusion. Infuse 1 tea bag in 150ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you have liver problems or if symptoms of liver problems occur, if you are taking drugs that contain hormones such as progesterone preparations and oral contraceptives, if you are taking hormone replacement therapy and if you have joint pain.. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Contra-Indications
Do not use if you are pregnant. Do not use in case of allergy to the Asteraceae/Compositae / Daisy family. Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. an allergy) may occur. If this is the case, stop using.
