Covered Bridge Potato Chips are made in New Brunswick, Canada. At our facility, high-quality dark russet potatoes are delivered, double-washed, sliced, and cooked in four large kettles. After six minutes of kettle cooking and passing through our inspection process, they are seasoned and packaged. The result is a batch of kettle-cooked potato chips that are certified gluten-free and kosher.

Homegrown Taste
The Albright family’s potato farming history began over 80 years ago, when Great Grampy Aubrey planted the first crop. Today, Albright Farms grows more than 500 acres of potatoes, keeping our production line moving and continuing a family tradition. Each batch is kettle cooked in a way that reflects the same approach Great Grammy Lela used on her wood-fired stove.

We use homegrown dark russet potatoes, canola oil, and seasoning—nothing more. Our chips contain no preservatives, artificial colours, or artificial flavours. We focus on simplicity and distinctive flavour in every bag.
