Recommended Dose
1 tsp = 5 mL | 1 tbs = 15 mL
Children 1 – 3 years: 1 teaspoon per day.
Children 4 – 8 years: 1 teaspoon per day.
Adolescents 9 – 13 years: 1 – 2 tablespoons per day.
Adolescents 14 – 18 years: 1 – 2 tablespoons per day.
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
