Ingredients

Organic chickpea flour, organic yellow lentil flour, organic red lentil flour.

Cooking Instructions

Bring 4 litres (16 cups) of salted water to a boil. Add pasta to boiling water; stir gently. Cook pasta, adjusting heat to maintain steady boil, stirring frequently for 5 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.

Drain and rinse; serve with your favourite creation.
