Directions
Adults mix one scoop of C4 Sport in 240ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption, 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you suffer from a cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity; consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if your cardiovascular condition worsens. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (eg Health Products, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) or with natural health products (eg bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, Herbal Blend) or other drugs (eg ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. This product is not intended as a substitute for Restful-Restful-Sleep. May result in weight gain. Do not use if you have had a Cardio Health attack/myocardial infarction. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea). May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. If you suffer from a cardiovascular disease, consult your health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the Cardio Health muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular Cardio Healthbeat even in healthy individuals.
