I never write reviews but felt the need to after reading the previous review. I have been giving these to my kids for at least three years I think they are great. If I forget to give my kids one at a meal they remind me which speaks for itself. My kids never complain about taking them or ever have trouble chewing them or swallowing them. I have tried a few other brands and will only buy these in the future.

That's just how terrible these are. I wanted to test one out before I gave it to my two kids - thank goodness I did! I couldn't imagine them trying to choke one of these back like I did. First of all, they are not chewable by ANY means - you think you're getting some sort of gummy, but no - they are regular fish oil gel caps that when you try to chew, you get an unfortunate burst of pure fish oil in your mouth, and are left to spit the gel cap portion out in the garbage because A) It's disgusting and tastes like plastic and B) They can't be chewed nor do they dissolve!
I haven't been that disgusted in a long time - so needless to say, I do not recommend! :)
