Directions (Adults)
Take 1 capsule 3 times per day with food or immediately before meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not take it immediately before going to bed. For optimal results take a minimum of 3 months.

Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
