Ingredients
Gluten-Free Flour Blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Sugar, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Sea Salt.
Suggested Use
Pancakes
1 cup Bob's Red Mill
Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
1 Tbsp melted Butter
1 Egg
3/4 cup Milk
Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined and then pour 4-cup portions onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and let cook until done, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes about 8 pancakes.
Waffles
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
2 Tbsp melted Butter
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
Preheat the waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until just combined. Follow the waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes 2 waffles.
