Water, beef bones, onions, fish sauce (anchovies), hydrolyzed collagen, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, ginger, fennel seed, star anise, cinnamon, coriander, cloves, cardamom.
You Will Need
Bo & Marrow Pho Real Bone Broth
Flank Steak
Rice Noodles
Bean Sprouts
Hoison Sauce
Sriracha Sauce
Cilantro
Basil Lime
Directions
Boil rice noodles for 5 minutes. Drain.
Add noodles to bowl, set aside.
Cut flank steak into thin stripes against the grain. Add to noodles.
Bring broth to a boil Ladle broth over the noodles and meat. Stir and let sit 2 minutes, this will cook the meat.
Add bean sprouts, hoison sauce, and sriracha for some kick.
Garnish with cilantro, basil, lime and enjoy!
