Ingredients:
45 drops of A.Vogel Boldocynara
45 drops of A.Vogel Stinging Nettle
1 tbsp. of A.Vogel Molkosan or Molkosan Berry
1,5 L of water
Preparation:
In the morning, add Boldocynara*, Stinging Nettle* and Molkosan or Molkosan Berry in a bottle with 1.5 L of water and drink throughout the day. Repeat for 15 days, twice a year.
