Mo-Zyme Forte
Molybdenum is a co-factor for sulfite oxidase, essential for the metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids. It also enhances xanthine oxidase, contributing to the antioxidant capacity of the blood, and works with aldehyde oxidase in the metabolism of toxins. Additionally, molybdenum facilitates the removal of toxic substances. It acts as an antagonist to copper, which may reduce fibrotic, inflammatory, and autoimmune conditions. Molybdenum may inhibit pulmonary and liver fibrosis and promote liver detoxification. It is involved in purine degradation and the formation of uric acid, assisting in the breakdown of waste products. Molybdenum may be considered for addressing sensitivities to MSG, sulfites, formaldehyde, aromatic compounds, smoke, perfumes, automotive exhaust, and other environmental factors.
