MSM-GLS is a complementary combination of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and Glucosamine sulfate (GLS) with the addition of a notable anti-inflammatory botanical: Boswellia serrata. Research involving osteoarthritis patients have shown that MSM and GLS are more effective and work faster in combination than separately at reducing pain and inflammation. MSM-GLS is effective in cases associated with arthritis (osteo and rheumatoid), sports injuries, muscle sprains and strains.

Non-Medicinal ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).
Recommended Dose
(Adults): Take two capsules 2-3 times a day with food or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Avoid taking at bedtime.
Duration of use
Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Caution/warnings
Mild gastro-intestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms worsen.
Contraindications
