CoQ10400mg
The principal clinical applications of CoQ10 are based on its functions as an antioxidant and its involvement in mitochondrial bioenergetics. Acting as a coenzyme in multiple cellular respiration reactions, CoQ10 is essential for the efficient production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the primary cellular currency that fuels the majority of enzymatic reactions. As the sole lipid-soluble antioxidant synthesized endogenously, CoQ10 effectively inhibits the peroxidation of cell membrane lipids and circulating lipoproteins. Additionally, it supports cardiac tissues by enhancing endothelial function and exerting a direct anti-atherogenic effect, leading to reduced blood pressure and improved ventricular contractility.
Clinical trials have revealed that CoQ10 provides benefits across a spectrum of cardiovascular conditions, including congestive Cardio Health failure, hypertension, and the Preventive-Wellness-Car-e of myocardial infarction. It has also demonstrated clinical advantages in various neurological conditions such as Huntington’s disease, migraine, and Parkinson’s disease. Furthermore, oral CoQ10 has shown positive results in patients dealing with periodontal disease, gingivitis, male infertility, and statin-induced myopathy.
Benefits
- Identical to the form produced by the human body for high bioavailability
- Improves many varied health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, cellular decomposition and oxidative stress
- Higher dosage of 400 mg reduces the need of taking multiple pills during the day and keeps pace with the research
- Free of contamination by undesirable residue or microorganisms, including bacteria or yeast
- In a base of natural rice bran oil and vitamin E to ensure a stabilized and highly absorbable form of CoQ10

Drug Interactions
Although very little evidence supports this interaction, CoQ10 resembles vitamin K structurally, and a potential interaction is possible for those taking the anticoagulant Coumadin. Close monitoring of the INR is recommended with CoQ10 introduction in these patients. No other negative drug interactions are known for CoQ10, though a number of Health Products are thought to interfere with CoQ10 synthesis or function in the body, including statin or blood pressure Health Products, tricyclic antidepressants, and oral hypoglycemic agents.
