Suggested Use
Adults: Take 4 capsules, 3 times daily. Take it with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking medication(s). 3 bottles are needed to take 12 capsules per day for 2-3 weeks. Using only one bottle is not effective in most cases.
Duration Of Use
Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects. There is generally an increase in relief in the long term. Past experience shows that discomfort may come back without a small maintenance quantity. For maintenance, reduce the daily dosage to 3-6 capsules per day.
