Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon daily. Make sure the lid is on properly and shake gently before each use. Each bottle contains 473 ml/16 fl. oz., which is approximately 32 servings at 15 ml/1 tablespoon each. Refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry place if bottle has not been opened.
