Organic geranium (botanical extract graveolens) essential oil is versatile, practical and effective in a wide variety of applications — from cleaners and detergents to lotions and body Wellness-Care products, to outdoor patio sprays. It is often compared to rose essential oil in its usage but its aroma is distinctly geranium — fresh, green and softly floral. Geranium oil is also used in perfumery and skinWellness-Care applications. Compared to other oils, it is relatively new to this realm, having only been used since the mid-19th century.
Aura Cacia Organic Geranium Essential Oil comes from Egypt. It is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves and flowering branches.
What’s the difference between organic geranium essential oil and conventional geranium essential oil
Organic essential oils differ from conventional oils in that the botanicals from which they are derived are grown according to the USDA’s Organic Standards. The manufacturing facility and all of the organic essential oils have also been certified organic by the established third-party certifier, Quality Assurance International (QAI).
