Regen X is the advanced formula of branch chain amino acids (BCAA) designed for recovery needs during intense physical exercise. BCAA refer to three primary amino acids : L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Regen X has been specially designed into a 4:1:1+ ratio meaning it contains a much higher ration of L-Leucine than other BCAA products, which are typically 2:1:1.
