Recommended Use
Athletic Aid. Helps to (temporarily) relieve fatigue, promote endurance, and to enhance motor performance. Increase mental focus, alertness, and reaction time. Supports healthy hormone levels. Helps to Aid liver function.
Recommended Dose
Add 1-2 scoop to 300ml-600ml of liquid. Shake/stir/blend vigorously for 20 seconds. Take 15 minutes before exercise.
