Vitamin K is an essential vitamin needed for cardiovascular, bone and liver health. Vitamin K2 is more effective than vitamin K1, the form found in plants, for these specific health effects. There are two effective and popular forms of Vitamin K2: namely MK-4 and MK-7. IY My dream came true. Posted on 2015-02-09: Years ago, AOR only had MK4 available while some other manufacturers provided MK7. It had always been my wish to see MK4 and MK7 in ONE capsule. Finally, AOR fulfilled my wish. Thank you. I am not sure if there is a similar product in the market. I take AOR Bone Basics regularly for my bone health. But when I drink the good quality NON-HOMOGENIZED and only slightly pasteurized cow's milk, I take vitamin D3 and AOR K2 to make sure that the calcium from the milk is properly absorbed. If one takes blood thinning medication, consult the healthcare professional first before using K2.
