Adult Dosage
Take two capsules daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health Wellness-Care practitioner. To reduce the possibility of side effects, start with one capsule and gradually increase to two.
Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome, if you are taking antidepressant Health Products, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control pills, lithium, blood thinners, or digoxin. Discontinue use if you experience irritability, insomnia, hypersensitivity, allergies, anxiety, or headaches. It is not recommended to consume with natural health products (e.g., bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, Herbal Blend) or other drugs (e.g., ephedrine) which increase blood pressure, or with other caffeine-containing products (e.g., Health Products, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté). Do not use if you suffer from bipolar disorder, bipolar spectrum disorder, or gastrointestinal irritation. This product is for occasional use only and is not intended as a substitute for Restful-Restful-Sleep. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond three months.
