Adult Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules before bedtime with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules, swallow capsules whole.

Do not take Ortho Sleep if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or taking immunosuppressive drugs. Not to be used by individuals under the age of 18 or those with a medical condition. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking Ortho Sleep®. This product contains a corn derived; do not use if you have such allergy.
