Suggested Use

Adult Dosage

Take six capsules daily with meals, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions

Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, blood pressure medication, antibiotics, nitroglycerin, have diabetes, cystinuria or a liver disorder. Consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble or for use beyond 12 weeks. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. If you have an iron deficiency, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).

Like any supplements you need to give it time. I don’t do the recommended 6 caps and use it more of a daily top off.

Marie AOR is always fabulous Posted on 2017-03-20: I love AOR supplements since they give us top noth quality. It is a bit expensive though but I guess it is worth it. On the other hand, I think that with the large quantity they sell, they could give us better prices.
Ortho Core is my favorite multi-vitamin supplement since it contains lots of nutrients and the B vitamins are co-enzymed which had to the bioavaibility of the supplement. All nutrients in Ortho Core are bioavailable, which is excellent. On the other hand, I would add a few more nutrients as to make it even better. I love Ortho Core and will buy this supplement for a long time.

Kathryn Good product at good price Posted on 2017-02-22: I used to buy TrueStar vitamins but they were purchased by a US company so US pricing and duty were added. I needed to find a Canadian replacement. AOR Ortho Core from Healthy Planet fit the bill. Better priced than TrueStar with almost all the same ingredients. Delivery is fast and easy...just fill the form on-line, pay with credit card and they usually appear at my door within 5 days.
One thing that would be convenient... have the 6 capsules (daily dose) in pre-wrapped packs inside the container. Would be easier and more convenient esp. if need to pack some for travel.

I have now moved to use this product as my multi and SO glad I did. People complain about the price but I think an all in one of quality like this is totally worth the price. Pietro My go-to vitamin stack for the gym! Posted on 2014-04-14: This has been my go-to vitamin stack for the gym for a long time, and I've finally found a company who sells it for a decent price. I usually pick up one of these every two months, so the cost is minimum over long-term. The pills are fairly large (as usual, if you want to pack that much stuff into one capsule), but I can tell you they go down fairly smoothly. It would have been nice to see more joint health ingredients in here, but overall, this is a must-have for gym active people.
