Caroline Bad side effects Posted on 2018-07-18: I would be very cautious about using this product if you have chronic fatigue syndrome, as I do. After three days of taking this supplement, I became very weak, dizzy, and nauseous. I was only taking the minimum dose, one capsule per day. Three days after discontinuing use of the product, I'm still dealing with these side effects, but to a lesser extent. Certainly, it's the malic acid and not the magnesium that's causing this effect. I'm going back to magnesium glycinate.

Thel For a good night's rest Posted on 2018-07-06: I take 2 or 3 per night about 20 minutes prior to going to sleep and they help my muscles relax so I can get a good night's sleep. Especially good for people suffering from fibromyalgia . I highly recimmend trying it.

Claudia Works for migraines and hyperacusis Posted on 2014-04-15: Prescribed by my neurologist in combination with an equal dose of B2 vitamin (400mg/day), this Mag Malate has helped where no other products did: lower my threshold for hyperacusis (hyper sensitivity to sounds) due to my being a 'migraineur'. The neurologist had expected 3 months for it to work, that's what happened.
Unlike other magnesium I've tried, it does not cause digestive/intestinal problems. It is a bonus that it is recommended for fibromyalgia which is my main condition. Thanks to this product, I can finally go out in restaurants and stores again or enjoy a family meal with many people.

David Very effective Posted on 2013-12-14: I've used this magnesium for about ten years. I recall hearing it was developed for help with fibromyalgia. I don't have that condition, but find it helps dissolve densified muscle and connective tissue. I've tried other forms of magnesium without similar benefit. I recommend it to clients frequently
