The B vitamin family includes vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid or folate), and B12 (cobalamin).

Though they have essential roles in the body B vitamins are easily lost from the body through urine and sweat. Suggested Use

Adult Dosage

Take one capsule one to three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or for use beyond eight weeks. People with thiamine hypersensitivity should not take this product. This product contains corn, do not use if you have an allergy.

I was struggling to get my strength back for 4 mos after getting off chemo. Energy level was good, but still struggling to get pass my normal warm up weights. Within 2 weeks my strength came back and I started to lift more weights to a point I was matching what I’d did in my mid 30’s.

But, I was taking AOR B Complex... as the number one part of my vitamin regime and felt great, full of energy, and was able keep going regardless of the stress... But decided, actually I did not decide but rather kept putting off reordering the AOR B complex after my last capsule ..now going on a year...in the meantime in the months that followed I kept asking myself, heck, why am always feeling tired, listless, with no energy and that feeling of blah...then it hit me of course I am MISSING my oh so important B Complex vitamins and not just any old B coplex but... So, thank you Healthy Planet. In most cases, I would be paying almost double the price for my supplements to the health food/supplement stores here in Canada for the same supplement...that was actually MADE here in Canada! Love supporting a Canadian Company like AOR and would live to support Local Canadian Natural Food/Supplement Stores and businesses but the mark up for profit on AOR supplements is criminal and frankly offensive.

I have been using this company's products for many years and I've been very satisfied with their Advanced B Complex. They don't use magnesium stearate as flow agent in this product and that's a big plus for me. AOR Advanced B Complex will always be on my vitamin list of choice.

This is a complete B complex that was recommended to my husband and I by our health practitioner. it gives very good energy and, as a side effect, in the summer the mosquitos stay away.

sherillc Highly recommend Posted on 2014-01-08: The AOR Advance B Complex was recommended to me specifically for nerve-related pain, increasing energy levels, preventing anemia and to counter the effects of the birth control pill which depletes vitamin B6. I haven't been taking it for very long, but I have found a reduction in the strange nerve pain sensations I was experiencing (zapping, tingling, aches) and an improvement to my overall energy levels. I would recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing similar symptoms.
