Directions
Mix 1 scoop (serving) of ALT Clear Protein Grass-fed Whey Isolate with 200 mL-400 mL of cold water. Vary for taste preference. <200 mL for stronger sweeter flavour. > 400 mL for milder lighter flavour. Shake well until frothy. Let it settle for 30 seconds. Drink and enjoy.
